Kargo Commenting Board (Community) Guidelines - 03/21/12

It is a condition of your use of the site that you adhere to the guidelines below. Once you accept these terms, your profile will be unlocked and you will be able to post comments. Your presence indicates you have read and accepted all of the guidelines as set out on this page, as well as the Kargo Terms of Service located at Kargo.com/Terms, including without limitation Section 2(g) thereof.

a. Treat each other with respect. i.e. as you would like to be treated yourself. Use good judgment and be respectful of all. We want this board to be a fun place to share ideas and comments about the subject matter presented on the site.
b. Hostility or harassment of any flavor will not be tolerated. Without limiting the generality of this rule, we absolutely prohibit hostility, harassment or any form of discrimination based on race, creed, color, sexual orientation, or national origin.
c. Respect the differing opinions of the participants. Disagreements are permitted...arguments are not. If you feel a comment violates these guidelines you can use the flag abuse button, which will alert the Kargo Help for further review.
d. Disruptive or obscene topics and discussions will not be tolerated.
e. Do not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Service.
f. No foul language permitted. An occasional "slip" won't get you banned but beware of abusing this rule.
g. Every member is entitled to privacy if he/she chooses. For your own safety, personal/private-identifying information should not be shared with anyone you don't know well and trust and definitely should not be shared publicly. We (meaning Kargo and its affiliates and partners) will not be responsible for the results of your sharing information on or off the site.
h. Select a nickname that is in good taste. Changing nicknames is not permitted so pick a good one.
i. Posting any message that solicits gambling or engage in any gambling activity will not be permitted.
j. You may not post, or transmit, or in any way exploit any information for commercial purposes or which contains advertising, promotion or marketing.
k. We reserve the right to remove any post or ban you from the Service for violating any of the above guidelines or for any other behavior that we deem to be inappropriate and the ban can be on a permanent basis.
l. Help support is for only those that need help with the Service. Help desk support is not to be used for "complaining about" or "tattling" on other community members. Abusing the help support can result in a ban.
m. All site moderation is performed by Kargo. There are no "moles" on the Site performing moderation. People claiming that they are moderators are subject to a permanent ban.
n. We reserve the right to remove any post or user from our message boards without warning.
o. We reserve the right to change these rules at any time without notice.
